Chaga mushroom Inonotus obliquus

C haga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) is a fungus that grows on the bark of birch trees in cold environments, such as Northern Europe, Siberia, Russia, Alaska, and Canada. It produces a thick growth called a conk, which absorbs nutrients from the tree.
Chaga might stimulate the immune system—it contains antioxidants and lowers blood sugar and cholesterol levels. It´s your immunity booster and improves overall health. The consumption of chaga with either warm or cold water is believed to release its medicinal properties.
Now, this medicinal plant isn't only for brewed tea. Nowadays, the herb is powdered or in capsule form to make it easier to consume. The tea may feature Chaga mushrooms alone or in combination with other healthy mushrooms like reishi, Lion´s mane, and cordyceps.
